At Streamline Connector, we're always looking for ways to improve the platform while ensuring it remains sustainable for the long term. As part of our efforts to support the continued growth and success of our platform, we are introducing some important updates to our pricing and plan structures. These changes will help us cover the increasing costs of store connections and console updates, while also offering better value to our users.

Introducing the Timed Free Plan

We’re replacing the existing trial with a Timed Free Plan, which will be valid for 7 days. This new plan includes up to 10 active products, giving you an opportunity to experience the full range of features without any initial commitment. This change helps prevent misuse of the free trial while ensuring the app remains sustainable for the long run.

Updated Product Limits for Plans

To better align with our platform’s growth, we’ve made adjustments to the product limits across our plans. Here's how the new limits compare to the previous limits:

  • Basic Plan: New limit is 2,500 products (Previously 5,000).
  • Standard Plan: New limit is 5,000 products (Previously 10,000).
  • Pro Plan (formerly Enterprise): The previous limit was unlimited. This remains the same, with unlimited products.

These new limits are designed to make sure that the platform is scalable and continues to provide top-notch performance for all users.

Complimentary 5-Day Access for Agencies

We understand that these changes may require some adjustments, so we’re offering our valued agency partners a complimentary 5 days on a paid plan using your special agency code. This will help smooth the transition as you continue to grow and manage your clients’ needs.

What Does This Mean for Existing Customers?

If you’re an existing customer, don’t worry – these changes won’t affect your current setup, as long as you’re not creating any new product automations. For any new automations you do create, the new plan limits will apply. If you’ve already established your product automations, your pricing plan will remain unchanged.

When Does This Take Effect?

The new pricing and plan structures will take effect on November 15th. We encourage you to review your current plan and make any necessary adjustments before that date.
